2011 Community Building Partnership Application
- Applications for the 2011 program can only be made online from Wednesday 14 September through the link provided below.
- Should you have difficulty obtaining access to a computer, to the internet or encounter a technical problem contact us on 1300 707 155 or at cbp@communities.nsw.gov.au during normal business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday) to make appropriate arrangements.
- In making an application the online application process will first require you to register your organisation. Below is the information you will need to register your organisation.
- By registering your organisation early you will be able to view the application form and gain a full understanding of what is required to make a competitive application.
- Once your organisation is registered you will gain access to the online application form to make an application for your project. You can lodge more than one application by registering another project. Below is the information you will need to complete an application for your project/s.
- You do not have to complete the application process in one go. Sections can be saved after each session and edited in later sessions before being submitted.
To register an organisation you will need to provide the following
- Name and address of the organisation (street address and postal address).
- Name and contact details for yourself and at least one other contact person for the organisation (including email addresses).
- The type of legal entity (this identifies the legal status of the organisation, ie., Incorporation, Company Limited by Guarantee, Local Government Authority etc).
- The organisation's Incorporation number, ACN and/or ABN number.
- Whether your organisation is registered for GST.
- The type of organisation (ie, Community Sport, Community Health, Local Council etc).
- Insurance coverage details (ie. which policies the organisation has in place including confirmation that you have Public Liability Insurance cover of at least $5m).
- Information on the aims and activities of the organisation.
- The organisation’s bank account details (this is the account that, if successful, a grant would be paid into).
