Community Building Partnership Grant Offers

The Premier appreciates the interest and effort demonstrated by all organisations in submitting a request for grant funding under the Community Building Partnership Program.

Those applicants for which a grant offer will be made (subject to any outstanding issues being addressed) are outlined by each electoral district below.

The remaining electoral districts will be posted on this site in the coming days.

Next Steps

Within one week successful organisations will receive a letter of grant offer.

This letter will be followed by a draft contract to be signed by two office bearers of the recipient organisation. That contract may require grant applicants to provide additional information.

Completion of the contract conditions will trigger the payment of the grant funding to each organisation. Some organisations will be in a position to finalise the grant contract and receive payment as soon as January 2010.

For others payment of the grant funding will occur once they have secured their construction certificate or for those seeking a grant in excess of $50,000, the grant will be paid in two instalments at the beginning and completion of construction.
