The Frequently Asked Questions clarify matters that have been raised by organisations intending to make a grant funding submission. It will continue to be updated in response to inquiries. All potential applicants are encouraged to regularly review the Frequently Asked Questions on this website to ensure that their application addresses the relevant requirements.

 

You will have received correspondence from the Program thanking you for your application(s) under the NSW Community Building Partnership program.

The Program information available online identified that an initial assessment would be conducted of applications, and that incomplete applications or those not satisfying criteria would be advised and given a period of time to provide outstanding information. The initial assessment process has now been completed and correspondence has been sent to applicants seeking the outstanding information. The additional information will assist in the processing of your application.

If your application(s) is for grant funding of less than $30,000 per individual application, you are not required to complete the Organisational Capacity Form. However, you will still be required to provide any missing information that is requested in the correspondence which has been sent to you for your application to be considered further.

If you have submitted one or more applications where you are seeking grant funding in excess of $30,000 please complete and return the Organisational Capacity form, as well as any missing information that has been requested in the correspondence.

Only one Organisational Capacity Form is to be completed per organisation. Once your form has been returned the information will be matched to your applications(s).

If you have submitted more than one project/application, please list all project code numbers on the form. These code numbers were provided in the letters sent to your organisation acknowledging your applications. All applications must fully complete parts A, B and D of the Organisational Capacity Form. Not for profit organisations must also complete Part C of the Organisational Capacity Form.
