Project Reporting & Closures

Each CBP round may have a different process for completion and acquittals. Please refer to the grant round sections below for instructions regarding your successful project.

To find out what grant round your successful project falls under – please refer to your Application/CBP project number (eg: CBP16 – xxxx; CBP15 – xxxx).

CBP 2016 Grant Recipients

1. Progress Reporting

As per the table below, a “Progress Report” will be added to your SmartyGrants online account for completion. You will need to complete this report by the due date and provide evidence of works that have been completed to date.

2. Completion & Acquittal form

CBP 2016 projects are required to be completed before 31 March 2018. You will need to log onto your SmartyGrants account and fill in the Completion & Acquittal form and attach with evidence of completion. For a list of evidence required – please refer to CBP Evidence Required for Completion.

3. SmartyGrants instructions:

  • Log onto SmartyGrants at:https://communitybuildingpartnership.smartygrants.com.au/
  • Select 'My Submissions' to access your “Progress reports” or “Completion & Acquittal” forms
  • Complete the required form ensuring you upload all the required attachments or supporting documents
  • Once completed and all documents are attached click the 'review & submit' button to officially lodge your report
  • You will receive an automatic email message confirming your submission
  • CBP will contact you by email if further information is required and/or confirm closure of your project.

NOTE: Please contact the CBP team if you are having problems accessing your online SmartyGrants account. If your project requires any variation or has remaining funds please email cbp2016@facs.nsw.gov.au

CBP 2015 Grant Recipients

1. Progress Reporting – Now closed for this grant round.

2. Completion & Acquittal form

Completion date for CBP 2015 projects was 31 March 2017.
Log into SmartyGrants to fill in the Completion & Acquittal form and attach evidence of completion. For a list of evidence required– please refer to CBP Evidence Required for Completion.

If you have not completed your project please advise the CBP team immediately at cbp2015@facs.nsw.gov.au quoting your project number and organisation name.

3. SmartyGrants instructions:

  • Log onto SmartyGrants at:https://communitybuildingpartnership.smartygrants.com.au/

2. Completion & Acquittals

Log into SmartyGrants to fill in the Completion & Acquittal Statement and attach evidence of completion – if you haven’t already done so. For a list of evidence required – please refer to CBP Evidence Required for Completion.

Please print off an acquittal form to upload with evidence of completion. You can download an Acquittal Statement at: Acquittal Statement CBP14.

2. Completion & Acquittals
